I started getting into Fitness around the age of 20. 
I hated P.E. at school and in fact school friends find it hard to believe that I am now such a
"dedicated fitness fanatic".

I began with determination to get fit and resolved it in my heart
that no matter how I felt I was committed to getting FIT.
I developed such a love and passion for keeping fit I decided to immerse myself completely and began a career in the fitness industry.
I began teaching in 1993.

I completed a P.E. Diploma in July 1987 and then a 2 year full time national diploma in beauty therapy in 1989 which involved many aspects of physiology and anatomy. I had to educate a client for a period of time in fitness, nutritional advice and beauty regimes, which increased my desire to teach fitness. Then I got my RSA qualification I began my fitness career.

I have a succesful hair and beauty business where I specialize in permanent hair reduction, waxing, facials, manicures and pedicures etc.
