Personal Fitness Instructor. I can provide you with the motivation and support you need to deliver your aims, goals and desires in personal fitness and weight loss.
One to One sessions are conducted in the privacy of your own home. (P.O.A)

Conditions:
Payment for at least 3 sessions must be booked for and paid in advance.
Cancellations: If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation the FULL fee will be payable
